The Live Fund has been formed to support our artists with the financial constraints that come with performing live, enabling them to grow their career in the live sector (nationally and internationally).
The Live Fund is a grant of up to £500, available to Sentric artists across all genres, who are going on nationwide tours – including festivals and events – either as a headliner or supporting artist.
The fund supports live project expenses such as: equipment hire, stage performers, petrol costs, accommodation, food expenses, production design, merchandise, insurance or wider issues out of focus that may arise when performing live, such as the cost of childcare.

How long is the fund open for?
The Fund is open between the 3rd April and 30th September 2023.
How can I apply?
By logging in to your Sentric account and heading to the Opportunities page.
How many times can I apply?
You can apply a total of 3 times. If you have been successful, you cannot reapply.
What is the funding for?
The fund is to support the live sector of music, reducing the financial constraints of touring to an artist/band.
What can I apply for?
The fund is to go towards costs which surround live performing. This can be travel expenses, flight cases, insurance, necessary equipment and so on. The fund can also go towards wider issues out of focus that may arise when performing live, such as the cost of childcare.
Who can apply for the funding?
Any artist who has signed up through sentricmusic.com or sentricelectonic.com.
I am struggling to apply for the fund via the application form, is there an alternative way that i can apply?

The tour has already finished, can I apply?
Unfortunately, you can only apply for upcoming tours.
Do I have to have songs added to my account?
Yes, you must have a minimum of 5 songs registered to your account.
I don’t have the confirmed tour dates, can I still apply?
The tour dates have to be confirmed to be eligible for the fund.
When will I hear back?
You will hear back within 3 weeks of your application being made.
If I am successful, how long will it take for money to be released?
The money will be released within 4 weeks of your application being confirmed successful.
How much can I apply for?
Up to £500 or the equivalent.
Will there be feedback available?
If you reach the shortlisting stage – feedback will be available.
Can I still apply if I have previously received any funding from Sentric?
Unfortunately, if received funding by Sentric in 2022 you will not be eligble for this funding opportunity.
Is the fund only for UK artists?
No, the fund is open worldwide to all Sentric and Sentric Electronic artists.
