Royalties Payment Form

• 30th January 2026
• 30th April 2026
• 31st July 2026
• 30th October 2026

Any bank details submitted before the next distribution date will be used for payment.

If you need to update or submit your payment information or submit an invoice, please fill out the relevant form below.

Submit an invoice (UK VAT Registered)

If you are VAT-registered in the UK, please submit an invoice for the closing balance of your most recent statement plus 20% VAT.
An invoice is required for every distribution, even if you have been paid before or your bank details have not changed.

Submit or update your banking details (Not VAT Registered)

Please submit your bank details if:

• You have not been paid by Sentric before,
• You have not been paid since January 2025, or
• Your payment details have changed since the October 2025 distribution.
  

If nothing has changed, no action is required. Your balance will be paid using the details we already hold. Payments will include royalties earned in the current period, as well as any unpaid balances from previous distributions.

Please make sure all banking details are correct, as errors or incomplete forms may delay your royalty payments.
